Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station for prep area was missing a liquid soap. Front handwashing station was missing paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Repeated violation. Ensure to have all handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times. As per progressive enforcement, failure to comply in future inspections may result in further enforcement actions i.e. issuance of violation tickets.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- Washroom sinks satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.

NOTE: Ensure to have all open bags of dry goods transferred to pest proof containers.
General sanitation level satisfactory throughout. However, clean floors of the back prep area on a more regular basis.
