Conditions for re-opening:

-Install metal separators for the rice pallets by the front wall
-Sand and paint all carpentry and fruit stand cabinets white for ease of pest monitoring
-Replace all rusted shelving in the Prep Kitchen. Do not line the shelves with anything.
-There are a lot of fruit flies in the Prep Kitchen and Produce prep room. Rectify the problem as discussed. Rip out the false bottom base under the sink where the drain pipe is and refinish as discussed.
-There are a lot of droppings behind the bench seats in the staff lunch room. Clean this room and look for holes/gaps that need sealing. There are droppings beside the rice machine that's outside the staff lunch room. Clean this area. There are some droppings in the electrical closet across from the office. Clean this area.
-Mice can still get under the door of the dry storage room that's behind the prep kitchen. Seal the base of the door better i.e. use something other than the flexible rubber.
