Observation: Bowls still being used as scoops in bulk food storage containers such as sugar, flour, salt, etc.
As per operator, they do not know where to buy proper scoops for the bulk food containers.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase proper scoops for bulk food storage containers and replace with all bowls. Look up "Restaurant Supply Stores" to find the closest suppliers for restaurant equipment.

Observation: 1. Grease still noted on the floor in the deep fryer cabinet, beind the cook line and on the fume hood.
2. Buildup still noted on the floor throughout the premises.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CE5RDZ
Sanitizer solution prepared and available in the back of house and sushi bar. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected in both sanitizer solution.
As per staff, all in-use utensils (ice scoops, rice scoops) are now being washed after every hour.
Interior of the back prep cooler was noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 72C at the plate level during the rinse level.

Please clean the above aforementioned areas and obtain the proper scoops for bulk food storage containers. These must be corrected before the next routine inspection.
No further follow-up required.
