Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Raw meats only in this section
-Processing area was at 10 deg C (staff indicated all raw meats are cut/packaged in 30 minutes or less while in the processing room). Recommend keeping the back door (facing the back corridor) closed to ensure cold air does not escape (plastic curtain is in place)
- Upright cooler at 1 deg C
- 3 compartment sink present with Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATS
- Quat sanitizer in spray bottles at 200 ppm
