Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, the handwash sink was blocked by shelving unit. Staff moved the shelving unit away from the handwash sink during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that handwash sink is accessible to staff at all times during facility operation. Do not block the access with storage units.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 4.8C
- Walk in freezer at -18.7C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing of large cooking pots.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Pest proof containers used for dry storage.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp March 4, 2028)
- No signs of pest activity observed.
