Reviewed 2-compartment sink warewashing with staff.
The storage room had one freezer that was < -18 C.
Staff were certified with a FoodSafe Level 1 equivalent course.
Dipper well was in use at the time of the inspection.
The bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm.
