Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bagged salads, cut apples, etc were in the display case. The display case temperature was 10 degC.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) must be stored at or below 4 degC at all times. These products were moved into the walk-in cooler during the inspection.

Observation: Some dented canned foods had dents along the seams.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, cans that have dents at the seams must be removed from the shelves and not offered for sale.

Observation: Some minor cleaning required.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the glass sliding doors of both chest freezers.

General Comments:
Both chest freezers are below -18 degC
Walk-in cooler's at 3 degC
Walk-in freezer's at -27 degC
Vegetable display case temperature is around 10 degC. As discussed, you may store WHOLE fruits/vegetables (i.e. non-potentially hazardous foods) in this display case only.
Foods are received from various stores (e.g. london drugs, walmart, etc) or are sourced from other approved sources.
Washroom sink's fully equipped; 2-compartment sink is fully equipped (PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS INSIDE THE DISPENSER)
Bleach is used for sanitizing surfaces
Premise has been remediated after the fire.
