All coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
All freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Reviewed temperature logs - no concerns noted.
Food storage practices were good.
Organization of storage areas was good.
All handwashing sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staffs hygiene and food handling practices were good.
General sanitation was good.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
Low temperature dishwasher had chlorine sanitizer residual concentration of 50ppm.
Chlorine sanitizer concentration for in-use wiping cloths had concentrations of 200ppm.
No signs of pests - reviewed pest control logs and no concerns noted.
