Routine inspection:

Hand sink located next to the 3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink chemical dispenser dispensing quats at approximately 200ppm.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle.
200ppm quats used to sanitize the deli slicers and all work surfaces.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Chicken processing room ambient air temperature 4 degrees C. Hand sink in room provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Packaging area under the counter cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Blast chiller at or below 4 degrees C. Currently not in use.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Display coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Large walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Both 2 door freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
Retail area display coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Self serve olives provided with individual scoops and sneeze guard. Reminder to monitor customer usage. Any scoops that have fallen into the olive product must be removed and washed, rinsed, sanitized, then air dryed.
Cooked chicken with the exception of one all at or above 60 degrees C. The one cooked chicken product had an internal food product temperature of 55 degrees C. Discarded by staff.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
