NOTE: although fridge temperatures were okay you are overloading the preparation cooler and undercounter barista cooler this is putting stress on the compressor to maintain cool temperatures -some space is needed between foods to enable cool air flow. Noted ample space available in the front Display cooler for some of the foods to be transferred
