Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Wall mounted freezer at -16 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler storing milk at or below 4 degrees C.
Drawer cooler in front area at 4 degrees C.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink.
Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
100ppm chlorine available for use in "clean" buckets. All used cloths are discarded into a "dirty" bucket.
Dry storage areas clean and organized.
Staff washroom had sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Main food preparation area and drive thru area hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
