Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat bucket and 3rd compartment sink sanitizer measured 100ppm. Operator mentioned these are changed every hour. Quat Sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm at all times

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 bottles of chemicals: 2 glass cleaner and 1 sanitizer observed stored above prep table with cut tomatoes below and not covered. This has a risk of dripping chemicals into the food. No contamination or dripping observed during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Move the chemical bottles to the proper storage location above the mop sink. Date to be corrected: immediately
