Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer in sanitizer bottle was not at 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to obtain test strips to be able to regularly test your sanitizer. Discard old botles of sanitizer and use fresh sanitizer only, New bottle of sanitizer was opened at time of inpsection (and hooked upto dispenser) and was at 200 ppm Quats.

Handsinks in kitchen & Bar have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold water (it takes a while for hot water to reach the sinks as the tank is located upstairs).
Kitchen upright cooler: 2.9 deg C
Prep cooler: 3.9 deg C
All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
All freezers at -18 deg C or less
High temperature dishwasher achieved 79.3 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required)
