Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of house sanitizing bucket at <50ppm chlorine when checked at start of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff remade at 200ppm chlorine but re-made with soap. Re-made again without soap. Sanitizing buckets are only to contact water and sanitizer, no soap. Ensure are staff are aware of this.

-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine
***temperature logs in use for coolers, freezers, and hot holding - the entries for the coolers, however, are consistently 40F, ensure the temperature read on the thermometer at the time of entry is recorded
***inside walk in freezer door handle not working - post a sign informing all staff to not shut door of walk in freezer when entering and have this handle fixed as soon as possible
-ensure staff are handwashing properly and at appropriate frequencies
-ensure customer tables, washrooms, door handles, and other high contact surfaces are sanitized/disinfected throughout the day
