Produce:
All cut fruits and vegetables wrapped or placed in containers and displayed at or below 4 degrees C.
Back processing area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels temporarily placed on counter. Battery for dispenser requires replacing.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 3 compartment sink.
Display cooler for packaged salad, dressing, etc. at or below 4 degrees C.

Baby/infant formula/food:
All baby food within best before dates.
All infant formula within expiry dates.

Retail area:
Walk in cooler with self serve sections for milk and eggs at 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer for overstock items at -15 degrees C.
Bunker type freezers at -16 to -17 degrees C.
Bunker type coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Reminder to observed load limits. Paneer and yogurt products close to load limits
Frozen foods section and ice cream freezers at -17 to -18 degrees C.
All foods stored off the floor.
