Corrective Action(s): Immediately stop using "Cienna Pine Cleaner" and ensure that all food contact surfaces are sanitized using food grade sanitizers such as bleach solution.

2) Ensure that bleach solution used for food contact surfaces is 100ppm. The operator diluted the concentrated bleach solution to 100ppm during inspection.
