- No foods noted out at room temperature at time of inspection
- Reviewed cooling procedures with staff and manager. Manager has provided signage in kitchen with probe thermometer taped to the wall reminding staff to take the temperature of cooling foods every two hours.
- New racks and sheets purchased for proper cooling
- Manager said that during lunch rush it will be easier to keep the teriyaki chicken hot on the grill. Ensure hot holding is maintained at 60C or higher.
- Containers with ice in it noted after lunch rush which manager said was used to store the bean sprouts. Ensure small amount is put out to ensure turn over rate of 2 hrs.
- Operator said he is still looking for the light covers - to be done by next routine inspection.
- No foods stored outside of kitchen area. All foods stored in kitchen on shelving units.
- Signage posted on customer washroom instructing to keep the washroom door closed at all times
- Scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container at time of inspection
