Food protected from contamination and stored on dedicated shelving 15 cm above the floor.
Coolers at 4C and below. Chest freezers at -18C and below. Dessert island freezers at -21C.
One hot holding unit at 60C and above after correction.
Samosas are from approved facility Veggie Delight in Cedar Park, Abbotsford.
Overall facility well maintained.
