Kitchen is used as a commissary by community groups to prepare and distribute meals for the homeless. 3 door cooler below 4 c Upright freezer < -18 C General sanitation is very good. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink Dishwasher final rinse temperature could not be checked due to time constraints * Ensure adequate means of temperature control are provided on all delivery vehicles ( e.g. cambros to keep foods at 60 or hotter or coolers/icepacks to maintain cold foods at 4 C or below. Bleach water sanitizer available.
