Comments

Both handwashing stations (double-compartment domestic sinks) were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. Fan covers appeared clean inside both walk-in-coolers. Light bulbs were encased in shatterproof covers. Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer temperatures were satisfactory. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 71 degrees C (measured at 83 degrees C) at the plate level. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 82 degrees C for at least 10 seconds at the manifold level. Larger 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Sink plugs were available. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a labelled spray bottle. Ventilation hood panels appeared clean. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
