Comments

Both handwashing stations (double-compartment domestic sinks) were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Fan covers appeared clean inside both walk-in-coolers. Light bulbs were encased in shatterproof covers.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 71 degrees C (measured at 83 degrees C) at the plate level.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 82 degrees C for at least 10 seconds at the manifold level.
Larger 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Sink plugs were available.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a labelled spray bottle.
Ventilation hood panels appeared clean.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
