Premises not in operation at time of inspection. No food on site. Cooler (glass door) at 3.5C. Freezer at -18.7C. Cooler at 2.8C. Ice-cream freezer at -20.0C. Thermometers present in cold units. Sanitation: 2 compartment sink supplied with cold/hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer available. Surface sanitizer/Bleach at 100ppm. General: No signs of pests. General sanitation - good. Conditions: Single use utensils only. No food preparation. No commercial ventilation within the concession stand. Products with meat produce grease leaden vapors and cannot be cooked inside the concession stand unless a commercial ventilation unit is setup. The concession can be open for the season.
