Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CNMU39). Findings: - Facility has undergone deep cleaning/pressure washing. No signs of dirt/grease build up observed. - Both prep coolers have been repaired and recorded at or below 4C. - Rodent droppings have been cleaned and the Operator stated that all affected areas have been disinfected with 200ppm bleach solution. - Operator stated that a huge gap was found in wall behind cooler that has been sealed. - No products/items were stored on the floor to facilitate regular cleaning. - Walk in cooler has been cleaned. - Operator stated that the Pest Control Company will be conducting inspections more frequently. Recommendations: - Continue monitoring for any new rodent activity and notify your Pest Control Company as needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
