Daily temperature log is available on site all kitchen staff/ food handlers - have food safe training cleaning and sanitation schedules are up to date ORKIN is a pest control company/ last invoice - April 24, 2016. No pest activity. All staff have same black uniforms, hair protection. Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with bleach , measured concentration 100ppm. Just ensure to have accurate test strips that will record the correct chemical concentration. Quat has been measured at 400ppm ( ensure to have this concentration as per manufacturing recommendation - 200ppm ) -New meat/ freezer - available at the prep / cooking area - Thank you for your attention -Ice machine will be relocated in the future - Thank you
