Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Insert cooler temperature at 17.1 degrees Celsius. Internal temperature of food items 13-15 degrees Celsius.
Items discarded: Caesar salad dressing, feta cheese. Salad bowls washed and sanitized during inspection as a result of high cooler temperatures.
Cooler was unplugged. Cooler was turned back on.

Health Inspector to return in one hour to ensure cooler is fully functional.
