307 - Inadequate sanitary / washroom facilities [s.9(b)] Observation: 1. Ladies changeroom has no paper towel, no soap in dispenser and is dirty. Missing a lock on the toilet stall. 2. Men's changeroom shower has spider webs in the corner. Missing toilet paper in both rooms Corrective Action(s): Ensure all changeroom facilities are clean and supplied with hot (< 49 C) & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Toilet paper must also be available in the toilet stalls. Correction date: 1 days Violation Score: 6 409 - Pool not maintained in good repair as per approved plans [s. 11(1) (b)] Observation: 1. Deep end pool ladder handrail deck covers (2) are damaged and exposing sharp edges. 2.
