-No pest activity observed during inspection
-High temperature dishwasher 77 deg. C at plate level.
-Freezer: -1 deg. C, reach-in cooler 4 deg. C, undercounter coolers: 2 - 4 deg. C, beverage cooler: 1 deg. C
-Ice machine is in good working order, ice scoop is stored outside of ice machine.
