Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prawn and vegetable tempura were stored at room temperature during the inspection. It was during lunch rush, however there weren't many customers in the restaurant.
Corrective Action(s): When the restaurant is not busy, store all tempura inside the cooler.
