Follow up to inspection report # 258073. Preparation cooler noted on previous report measured at 4 degrees C or less (above and below). Pizza stored in "Hot-N-Ready" case is labeled for time-tracking (30 minutes, per Little Caesar's policy). Note: in addition to this, the internal food temperature also measured 60 degrees C or more. Food inserts of oil noted on previous report are covered. Proper hand washing and glove use practices were observed during the inspection. Back area has been cleared of discarded pizzas and boxes. Dust on ventilation fan and ceiling tiles has been cleaned. Chemicals labeled. Note: bottle labeled as "bleach" noted on previous report remains empty at this time.
