Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 1C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -13C.
-Front display coolers were at or below 4C.
-Front upright freezers were both at -18C.
-Facility has stopped the selling of cooked chicken during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Sink plug and bleach available.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Cutting equipment and cutting surfaces disinfected every 2 hours. Cutting equipment disassembled at the end of the night for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
-Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 12, 2021.
