Routine Inspection conducted today.
At the time of inspection, no meat production is in progress.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing.
Meat grinder, Meat bandsaw, and Vac Master in sanitary condition.
Mop sink in sanitary condition.
Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.

TO DO:
Containers/buckets observed to in 3-compartment sink. Food articles observed to be on the stainless worktable. Declutter area in the 3-compartment sink and work table. Corrected by: March 31, 2021.
