Observation: Rodent droppings observed in cupboards by the stove. Dishware stored in these cupboards are used 1-2 times per year.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized using bleach. Have all dishware rewashed before next use.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Cooler operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Tools in drawers in sanitary condition.
- Not much food stored on site.
- Instruction provided on how to get dishwasher ready. High temperature dishwasher has not been in use, as no food prep occurs in the facility.
NOTE: Ensure to have the dishwasher serviced on a regular basis. Final rinse temperature must be at 82'C or above at manifold.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory. Ensure to have all kitchen doors closed as discussed at this time.
