*Follow up inspection was conducted. -Pest control service was done on Dec. 30, 2021. --> The service report was emailed to Health Dept. -Mouse droppings were removed. Washed + sanitized on Dec 30, 2021. -No droppings were observed during the follow up inspection -Holes where pipes are running down from the ceiling by the back of the kitchen (staff belonging rack), were sealed with a foaming agent. -Observed a missing ceiling panel piece by the walk in freezer. --> The panel piece will be ordered today. -Back door connected to back corridor: Replace the door sweep. -Tables were positioned to be 2m/ 6 ft apart from one another.
