- Premises cuts and re-packages raw meat for distribution
- General sanitation of premises and equipment satisfactory
- Handwashing sinks in meat processing room and washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Ambient temperature of meat processing room was 10C. Meat slicing/processing occurring at time of the inspection. *All direct food handling/processing must be within designated processing area.
- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at warewashing sink. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- General Manager reported equipment is sanitized with quats every 4 hours and disassembled and fully cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day.

- Walk-in cooler (near bay door) 0C
- Walk-in cooler (back) -2C; Walk-in freezer (back) -19C
- No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with twice monthly service. Report provided from most recent service (29-May-2019)
* Air compressor (noted in previous report) which was previously in the washroom and being used to clean equipment has been removed from the premises.
