General Comments: Coolers are below 4 degC Freezers are below -18 degC Foods are not hotheld at this location. Orders are processed close to pick up times. Manager on duty had FS level 1 certification A temperature log is being maintained Hand sink is fully equipped 200ppm bleach is being used for sanitizing until Quats is delivered. Orkin is on a weekly contract. Last service report reviewed. No concerns noted.
