Observation: Produce stored in prep cooler, although slightly more organized, still requires significant work. Some more products, including honeydew and melon, are now mouldy
Corrective Action(s): Honeydew and melon discarded at time of inspection.

Action has not been taken since the previous inspection to organize cooler, and to remove any products which have begun to be mouldy.

Further violations will result in a correction order.

Observation: Vegetables stacked on cardboard, many vegetables are still not in food-grade bins.
Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard and place vegetables in food-grade containers immediately. Organize vegetables and refrain from using the prep cooler as a "dump cooler" for produce and vegetables.
