Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Creamers and cheese in the bar cooler were measured at 7C.

Observation: Several food products are not covered in the walk-in cooler and prep cooler.

Observation: Small amount of mice droopings found under dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove mice droppings as indicated to operator.

Observation: Food debris and grease are noted in multiple areas, such as sandwich cooler, prep cooler, kitchen floors, bar floors, under dishwashing area. Mildew like substance are noted on the walls of walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Please do a DEEP clean on noted areas above by the follow up inspection. Also discussed reorganizing food products for ease of FIFO and distinguish between frozen products. Place all non food related items in the back (boiler room or locker outside).

Observation: Bar cooler is leaking water since this morning as per bar staff.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair the cooler leak and ensure it is able to maintain food at 4C or colder.

->Please place ceiling panel back since electrical work has been completed already.
->Operator mentioned to replace one of the chest freezer into reach in freezer instead, no concerns if temperature is able to be held <-18C and adequate storage for remaining equipment.
