* Coolers were 4'C/40'F or colder

* Hand sinks had liquid soap and paper towels
* Sanitizer was set up and ready to use at 200 ppm chlorine residual in bucket to store wiping rags; ensure all wiping rags stored in sanitizer between use
* Menu still same; any future changes require health approval
* Pest control monitoring through Terminix Canada; documentation was provided
* Note: currently this location servicing Firth and Legacy residences for both lunch/dinner; Firth location only serving simple breakfast(cereals, etc) and snacks
