Comments

During the inspection the licensee informed Licensing that her Fire Extinguisher was recalled by the Manufacturer and a replacement extinguisher was shipped to her. The Licensee will inquire with the Manufacture for a service date for the new extinguisher and post this on the extinguisher for reference.

Presently some children use play pens for nap time. The Licensee will assess if the children using the playpens meet the Manufactures guidelines for health and safety and developmental appropriateness.

Thank you for your time and assistance during this inspection.
