Follow-up inspection to report #YTAN-BBHSX6. *Correction Order rescinded at time of inspection. - Mouse droppings have been cleaned. Floors have been cleaned and sanitized. *Continue monitoring for new mouse droppings and clean and sanitize as required. - Back storage area and mezzanine level has been reorganized. - Lowest shelves of storage racks were kept empty - All small equipment stored in large containers with lids - All equipment stored in back storage area have been cleaned and sanitized, and were stored in ways protected from contamination - All dry ingredients stored in containers with lids - Holes in walls have been properly sealed. *Continue monitoring for holes and seal any new holes/gaps - Email all pest control reports/invoices to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca going forward.
