Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Handwash sink in the front does not have supply of hot water. The temperature of pre-mix running water at the faucet was recorded at 16C. Adequate handwash station is required to ensure staff can wash their hands properly and to reduce the likelihood of food contamination.
Correction: Ensure that all handwash sink are adequately supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. For the pre-mixed warm water, it is recommend to set at a temperature of at least 38C through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CRWTCL)

Findings:
- Front handwash sink has supply of both hot and cold water.
- Premixed water was on hotter side and may still require temperature adjustment.
- Spoke with Operator on phone and he stated that the traditional tap will be placed instead to prevent similar issues in future.
- Dishwashing sink in the back area has supply of both hot and cold water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
