-All handwash stations adequately stocked -refrigeration units <4C, freezers <-18C -Quats dispenser tested at >200 ppm and Quats sanitizer buckers tested at >200ppm -All hot holding units >60C -All food stored 6" off the ground and protected from contamination -No pest observed at time of inspection Note: cut vegetables over filled and tested at 19C and taken out 30 minutes ago. Ensure inserts are only half filled and covered with a lid to keep under 4C
