Routine Inspection Completed. FoodSafe certified staff present. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied. Assigned workstation #5. Walk-in cooler temperature at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer temperature at -18C or below. Shelf assigned in each. High temperature dishwasher at 71.6C at plate surface. Temperature gauge reached 183C. QUATs solution in dispensers at ~ 200ppm. Assigned dry storage rack available and organized. No pest issues noted during inspection. General sanitation and maintenance is good. No changes to menu or operation. Note: Operator using kitchen minimally and has been based on pre-orders currently.
