The following items have been corrected:
-->No perishable foods noted at room temperature
-->Handsinks are all accessible, no items in sink, liquid handsoap and paper towel present
-->Bowl in flour container has been removed
-->Raw meats are stored below ready to eat foods
-->Ceiling tile has been fixed
-->Most areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition

Still outstanding:
-->Ensure bottom compartment of deep fryers are cleaned. Also staff should take out ventilation filters for wash regularly.
