Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B58SS9.

- Raw and ready-to-eat items are properly organized. Walk-in cooler has been reorganized since last inspection and raw meats are stored on a separate shelf from other items. Raw shell eggs stored on bottom of reach in cooler.
- Most food items were covered; ensure few uncovered items are properly covered by today.
- Onions are not stored in direct contact with floor. Reminder to store boxes/containers off the floor to facilitate cleaning of floors and floor-to-wall junctions
- Utensils were stored with handles outside of food product
- Non-latex gloves are available for use
- No improper hand hygiene practices observed at time of inspection
- Deli slicer in use. Fry cutter has also been used recently, as stated by chef. A container of cut fries was located in the nearby prep sink. A sign is posted near the fry cutter reminding staff to ensure cutter is properly cleaned and sanitized following each use. Cutter was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
