Routine inspection conducted:
-Handsink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels available
-Walk in cooler (shared with food store section: 2.5 deg C
-Prep cooler initially at 7-8 deg C as staff member was preparing lunch/meals. By end of inspection cooler was at 3.9 deg C. ,
-2 freezers inside walk in cooler with precooked frozen donair meats both at -18 deg C or less
-General sanitation good
-No signs of pests
-Surface sanitizer spray at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-Donairs on the two spits were at >60 deg C
-Hot holding unit at 70 deg C
-Owner was on site and has FoodSafe certificate
