Observed temperature of water at the front hand washing sink is very warm and it cannot be adjusted by staff. Hot water may lead to scalding issue which is a safety hazard, but also may deter staff from appropriate hand washing. Adjust water temperature at top to a comfortable warm temperature that allows for safe and proper hand washing practices.

Minor cleaning required in ice-cream freezer to clean a spill

Hand washing sinks equipped with liquid soap & paper towel
Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm at several sanitizer buckets and 3 compartment sink
All temperatures meet health requirements
Temperature logs and sanitizer logs maintained
