- Reach-in cooler beside preparation skink in storage area at 2 Degrees Celsius
- Reach-in cooler in storage area beside door at 6 Degrees Celsius , the cooler was opened repeatedly in recent hours doe to receiving shipments. Ensure it is monitored to be below 4 Degrees Celsius
- Chlorine concentration in spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Rice hot held at 62 Degrees Celsius and 80 Degrees Celsius
- Chicken (sliced) hot held at 73 Degrees Celsius
- Beef (sliced) hot held at 63 Degrees Celsius
- Lamb (sliced) hot held at 79 Degrees Celsius
- Reach-in freezer at -14 Degrees Celsius
- Chest freezer at -11 Degrees Celsius
- Beverage cooler at 5 Degrees Celsius
