--> Regular cleaning (once a month) is required.
2) Freezer (Downstairs) remove fallen meat debris.

Observation: The staffs were not able to explain and perform a proper dishwashing method.
Corrective Action(s): -Ensure to wash & rinse in the 1st compartment, then sanitize in the 2nd compartment.
--> @ the 2nd compartment 1) wash & sanitize the sinks 2) Fill warm water 3) Add bleach @ 100 ppm. (Do not add soap)
--> All dishes were washed and sanitized again.
