Discussed few concerns w/ operator:
1) Replace open ceiling panel in dry storage room.
2) Place wet wiping cloth in separate 100 ppm bleach sanitizer for steaming wand.
3) If there are issues with ice cream in the future, dipper well will be requested to be installed.
4) Pastries are either prepackaged for self serve or place sign as "display only" and food handlers will dispense pastries.
5) Email to undersigned copy of certificate of incorporation.
6) Separate insert to store ice scoop for ice machine.
