Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wooden boards used for displaying deli meats (hams, prosciutto) are blocking the air flow within the deli cooler. Internal tempperatures of these meats ranged from 5-6 degrees C at the time of inspeciton.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the cold air vents in the deli display coolers are not blocked with any large trays/boards etc. Recommended using stainless stell wired racks or other similar easilty cleanable material for storing deli meats in the coolers. All meats were removed and relcoated to the walk in cooler. (ASAP).

Temperature logs are up to date.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
